It’s really amazing how little of the world I’ve seen, considering how many different places I’ve already been.
These two maps are courtesy of World66–a slick little site that bills itself as “the travel guide you write.” My personal profile lists the countries and states I’ve visited and even creates simple maps of those travels to include on a website. The maps don’t have the nice “shine” to them that perhaps the MSN or Google maps do, but it’s a neat feature to be able to include the maps on my website.
Here is the good ol’ “U. S. and A.” Planning to add a couple more western states this summer.
This next map is a trippermap which is a world view of my favorite travel snapshots. These photos are located on my flickr page, where they can be downloaded in sizes up to 1024×768. Each photo has a location tag (or in some cases a latitude and longitude) which allows it to be precisely pinpointed on the map.
